supports on-going classes toward the GRI, MRE and CRS are offered throughout
the year as well as classes in special interest areas and continuing education.
Real Estate Continuing Education
The Real Estate Commission of Colorado requires all licensees to have completed
twenty-four hours of continuing education before renewing any active three-year
license.
GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is a national program of real estate instruction
administered and delivered by the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR), whose
course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).
