Oliver lectures for numerous groups throughout Colorado and t he country. He has served as Faculty Committee Chairman for CAR for two years and one year as the Education Division vice president.

He's extreme ly active at the local, state and national levels of the REALTOR organization --serving on numerous committees and holding several offices including president of both the Ft. Collins board and CAR. In 1991, he was named the REALTORŪ of the Year by the Ft. Collins board. Enjoys family, golf, travel, baseball and investing.

Currently broker of Century 21-Paradise Valley, Ltd., which closed more transactions per sales agent than any other Century 21 office in the Rocky Mountain region. He is a member of the million dollar club and is a past president of both the Delta County Board and CAR. For CAR, he's served on all the education committees, a former dean of the REALTOR Institute and was the Education Division vice president for two terms. He currently serves on CAR's Executive Committee as the appointed past president. Loves tennis and horses.
